The Mill scoops Creative Circle Awards

The Mill and AMV/BBDO have celebrated a multiple win at the Creative Circle Awards 2010, for the Metropolitan Police’s ‘Knife Crime’ interactive viral video.

The ‘Knife Crime’ campaign won Gold honours for Best Viral Video and Best Online Advertising and also took the prestigious Platinum Award. The studio was also highly commended in the Best Special Effects / Computer Graphics category for its work on Weetabix’s ‘Steeplechase’ spot.

Directed by Mad Cow Films’ Simon Ellis, ‘Knife Crime’ is a powerful interactive viral about making the right decisions. Shot from a first person perspective, it allows viewers to decide their own fate with a series of choices and different pathways. The Mill team worked closely with the creatives from AMV/BBDO – Steve Jones, Martin Loraine and Paul Brazier – to form the interactive experiences.

The Mill has worked on 16 award winning commercials recognised by the Creative Circle Awards.
